I just received my card reader today, less than 5 days after signing up. Great delivery, and the scanner works flawlessly.

I intend to use this at an upcoming flea market in 3 weeks. I'll let you know how it goes.

Just to follow up on this comment, the flea market went great. Nobody had concerns about me swiping their credit card into my cell phone, which was surprising.

The fees they charged were as stated, and I received the money in my personal bank account.

I've been using square for a while now. It's easy and fast. The only thing I wish is that i could use it to do recurring payments.

Although it would be nice for white hatters, it's an inherent fraud risk. I can imagine swiping credit cards for a $20 purchase at a flea market, or a craigs list sale, and passing it off as "No no no, $20 now, $20 next month!".

Or even worse, $5/mo from every credit card you swipe.
