SMS-cell phone carrier look up help

i am trying to find a system or service that will allow more than 1 phone search at a time. I know that you can go to whitepages and do it one by one, but i am receiving a ton of phones each day...meaning thousands...that i need to know one if it is actually a cell phone and two what carrier they are with.



Any help out there?

Can you explain in more detail what you're looking for?
What do you mean go to whitepages?
Are you looking for a service or system of confirmation of accounts by telephone or cell phone via sms to activate accounts and google places like blogger,gmail... etc?
