Its time to give some love back to the community, so basically I will be posting here different available domain names for you to register. The domain names will have to complete the below criteria

A) Exact Search Volume greater than 4000 searches per month
B) Domain extension only .COM / .NET / .ORG/ .INFO
C) Average Cost Per click higher than $2.00 (2 dollars)

The best thing about these kind of domains is that they do not have a huge competition so basically you can rank them on TOP 10 of Google in less than 2-3 months

It might be true that it is difficult to rank compared with .com or .org however its worth spending $0.99

I think that's a good find. Also, the keyword has good search volume in Australia too(approx 3300), and it would not be a bad idea to promote the .au TLD and target local leads/monetization opportunities in Australia.

Competition is pretty old but the BLP is low. It looks pretty hard to beat though, just cause they are established and are listed in the yahoo directory. At least many of them aren't optimized.

.com was registered 5 years ago.

Probably someone registered them in bulk and never got to developing them to sites. Or the parking fee was good enough for them. Maybe they don't even bother to do anything with them, apart from parking.

surely if they were good enough before now,
then the owner would have developed these sites before now?

Sure.

The possible answers are:

1. The owners are incredibly lazy or busy with sth else.
2. They are happy with the present earnings and may be proud owners of - say 17,500 domains - aiming to resell at profit rather than develop.
3. They simply do not know how.

Evidence, for the same amount of xrumer blasts and scrapeboxing, the info doesn't seem to work well in comparison with .ORG (which IMHO is pretty solid nowadays)

It is not about .org but about the "Prague" , because everybody wants to go to "Prague", because I was born there - just an explanation , search for "Prague" keywords in domain names , not .org and you will become very rich.

To put it simply, there are domainers who make their living off parked domain traffic and have huge budgets to throw at registrations/renewals. If they register the domain for $10, and it makes them $15 in clicks over the duration of the entire year just parked, that is a successful investment and they will continue renewing the domain until the day it stops producing positive results. Developing a site, would cost money and time that could be put towards buying more keyword domains that will turn small profits over the long term.
