You shouldn't have any problems. Especially if you deep link your website and link to other article's that you have on other sites or other Web 2.0 properties that you may have.

To my knowledge, this is a backlinking service, am I right? The purpose of backlinking is to get your site ranked in google. Over the time, if you have been placed top 10 in your keyword, traffic will come organically, thus make this method legit for getting traffic. Correct me if I'm wrong.

Unfortunately that wouldn't be good use of my service. That wouldn't be very targeted traffic and probably wouldn't be worth it. As the other user mentioned, if you created a website around your offer and did SEO for that then you could move your rankings up in the search engines and then get targeted traffic to complete your CPA offers.
