The entrepeneur section is slightly more than just an entrepreneur, its private because its for the best of the best, join ventures will be in there, all working together and banking together as a whole etc.. if everyone had access then it would turn out to be a general chat forum.

I do not think that an entrepreneur means someone who makes money on the web.
