Does anyone know how to make their own proxy network? and what does "pinging address mean?"...I was talking to a computer security expert he mentioned he makes his own proxies...makes it impossible to find him...but I lost contact with him before I could ask these questions.

set it up for single hop mode. this will reduce anonimity but increase speed. you can also set it up to use hops near you instead of on the other side of the world. you still hide your ip by doing this, but since you only go through 1 hop you loose the 'onion' effect

Do you guys know if changing your IP address using routers is effective? Can your ISP give the list of IP address you had when you changed them using a linksys router?

isp's tend to keep a logfile of which ip was given to which user at what time.
so when you do something seriously wrong the computer crime unit can get a warrant and ask the provider who was using the ip at sad time (eg from logs get somewhere else or when you walk into a digital trap)


keep in mind most companies will keep log files of who was using what. so if you buy private proxies they will log what ip address is using the proxy. if the authorities ask for it with a warrent they will give out who was using it at a given time, since otherwise they will be held accountable themselves for whatever you did.

anonimity on the internet is almost non existant, almost everything is logged.

If you are behind a proxy your UDP and TCP traffic (that includes through Java and flash) will be routed through the proxy... That's kind of the point.

But never the less, vpn or socks5 is the way to go NOT those free proxy sites. Just connect to someones wifi network (Real proxy right there)

I use private proxy
When I want to be more anonymous I also use this proxy in JonDoFox
But it is impossible to login/create in google tools(e.g. gmail) becouse they need cookies
and JonDoFox switch off cookies and block javascript/flash(witch leak your real IP)

The Same is with VPN
When i use it in normal browser(Iron)-javascript leaks the real IP
In JonDoFox (using VPN) is more anonymous -but still is a problem logging into Google account(becouse it's need cookies)
And I still don't have answer for this question:

Is Cookies leads our real IP or only javascript/flash do this?
