never seen this, looks like you have set something wrong or have issues somewhere else.
as a general rule, never run too many threads if you are not sure what are you doing (e.g. bad/little proxies, slow inet conn, etc etc)

Added support for setting special message filtering rule to completely bypass spam filtering on accounts.
