Getting Comments On My Blog

I'm big in article marketing, but I've become serious about blogging. Is there a sure fire way to get a bunch of comments on my blog?

Make it do-follow, find a website which sells do-follow comments, and give them your website. All of my blogs get LOTS of comments as soon as they get indexed thanks to scrapebox.
