Having multiple accounts is not a problem. And I dont think you need to worry about IPs, for example I'm now logged into facebook from IP shared with maybe 100 other people and everythinks works fine.

No FB will sue you and also sent you a C&D notice if they come to know that you are hving a 2nd FB account and they will press the lawsuit.Dont think that they will not.You will be eventually asked to pay close to a 100K$ as fine for the damage you caused to a premium social network like Facebook.

I have 6 Facebook accounts . I usually login to them from same IP. No problems till now.
And i don't spam with these accounts.

2 should be fine. More than 2 might be ok depending on what you do with the accounts. If its bh I'd definitely use different ips.
