when clicking on the link it opens gmail clone site , with address http://howtoimprovesinging.org
from above clues i found out
that it is a fake (phishing email) in an attempt to gain your password for your Google account ,
so stay away from it ,

Try to hover on this link and you will see in your left corner it it says something other than BHW.www.blackhatworld.com
