How to use Scrapebox rapid Indexer

I wonder how to use Scrapebox Rapid Indexer to get my backlinks indexed.
In Rapid Indexer there are two buttons named "Load Your Websites" and "Load Indexer Services". Both of these buttons will open a file-open dialog box. What I don't undestand is what files should I open with each of those dialog boxes.

My quess is that "Load Your Websites" I open the file having all the backlinks I want indexed. But have no clue what file I should open with the "Load Indexer Services

any suggestions?

Just type scrapebox rapid indexer in Google. You will get the file

this file will then contain the backlinks? And in what dialog box should this file be opened within. The "Load Your Websites" or "Load Indexer Services" dialog?

This works as websites where you "whois". Many of those usually have some PR and google finds your link there and indexes it (+ adding a backlink). Many of those also are d0f0ll0w

Then at "Load your websites" add your websites and start

TIPS: If you do this with this whole list you could potentially harm your websiteand sandbox it.
You should either split the list and don't do many "indexer" runs, but instead build them gradually like 100 / day or either:
Buy some cheap .info domains and setup 301 redirects to your main money site and let the juice flow there as you can spam the hell out of those. This is better and it's what im using.

no it will not. It will contain other important sites that can recognize your sitelist and help you get indexed with search engines.

Thank you, I take it as "add your websites and start" also mean I here use the list of backlinks. I have a list 5000 backlinks wish I want indexed. All these backlinks are going to a ezinearticle. I'm using that ezinearticle as proxy. So that (I hope) G don't see that I get tonns of backlinks within a short period of time. But I will go easy using the Rapid Indexer

i have no software like scrapebox to use indexer list, can i manually submit, if yes, suggest me the best way( can i use hide my ass free firefox addons to submit this list)

Thanks for the file list Intense. Just to point out something with regards to the list. I think some of the {website} placeholder within the indexer services list might have some errors due to majority them having

h**p://{website}

infront of them. Wouldn't that ping the wrong url as it would be reflected as
h**p://w*w.indexservicewebsite.c*m/h**p: //ww*.socialbookmarksite.c*m

Ignore the * and spaces as i'm unable to post URLs yet, so pardon me on that. But hope you guys get the idea of what i'm referring to regarding the list.

Wouldn't it just make sense to sandbox competition then if Indexer hurts a company? Is that even such a thing to do?
