You sure this still works? I sold an item recently and it said feedback could not be left since a payment was never made. I know I had filed an unpaid item on it but I used to still be able to leave feedback. Also, I have done this several times with people who bought an item and I let them back out but told them if they were happy with the way the transaction turned to leave me a positive feedback. However, I would think if a single account was loaded down with feedbacks on all unpaid items that it might raise a flag. If it still works I would be willing to do this for maybe 4 or 5 people but not a ton of users.

Yep, easy to get banned like this. I'd be careful - it's not worth it. Just buy some cheap, legit items.

How about if the seller puts buy it now and then once bought and feedback exchanged - puts in a cancellation requesT?
