Increase your productivity on fiverr or any other place where you act as a service provider


How?
With getting more positive feedbacks => more sales!

How to get more positive feedbacks?

1. Offer quality service: I cannot help much in this, you need to have quality service if you want be a successful provider.

2. Lightning fast delivery: If you believe me or not, i'm getting around half of my feedbacks because of the extremely fast delivery,
i'm delivering the orders in 2-3 minutes after the customer placed the order (when i'm awake & i'm in front of my machine).
It's only working with ready-made packs, files when your only job is attaching a file
and sending a copy-pasted pre-written message with your instructions in it.
How to deliver fast w/o F5ing the fiverr page like a madman?
Use Firefox with Webmail Notifier addon (it shows a popup/plays a signal whenever you get a new email in your inbox),
load your email account linked to fiverr into the tool, set the tool to check your email account in every single minute for new emails.
=> You're able to deliver the orders in 2-3 minutes after they have been placed.
Of course you can do this with MS Outlook, Thunderbird etc.

3. Ask for feedbacks: People tend to forget giving you positive feedback even if they're satisfied.
So every time you deliver the order, don't forget to include a note at the end of your message
which asks your customer to leave you a positive feedback if he/she is satisfied with your service.

4. Offer more than your competition, offer FREE bonuses, like another (1-2-3) gig from your list
(which also doesn't require more work than attaching a file), mention this free bonus offer in the description of your gig
and send them even more what you promise in the description, with one word: over-deliver!

5. You need to create the illusion that your the absolute authority in what you're doing/selling:
Fill out your profile, upload a realistic pic (of you), you can use your real name, or at least a name which sounds realistic,
always sign your messages, write a proper description to your gigs, give a proper title, select proper tags,
upload an appropriate, easily recognizable picture.


I know nothing rocket science here, but trust me, these (little) things can make a difference!

most important thing is quality and uniqe service, i started 5 gigs about 10 days ago and still dont have any order, all my gigs are related to Social Marketing like ping.fm or onlywire, but rly i have about 300 views and not a single sale ... that's cuz a social marketing on fivver kind a sux , you need to have uniqe gigs, not gigs like "i will share your status with my fr for 5$"

IMO social marketing is one of the best niches you can do on fiverr. I made about $650 last month on fiverr only from FB and YT related gigs...

Actually not really, all I have done is copied text or link from buyer, pasted it into bot and hit Start .

i wouldn't say at all that social marketing on fiverr sucks and i need to agree with Gradimir when he says that social marketing is one of the best niches on fiverr, so instead i'd say your offers are not good enough to entice the customers to buy
you're successful in driving traffic to your gigs, which is good, a lot of people fail to do this, so you must have good titles, proper tags
your problem that they're not buying, i can't imagine other reason than your offers are weak/don't have enough positive feedbacks (how you can get more positive feedbacks? see my OP)

it can be hard, but even if you don't have unique offers, it still can be done, you "just" need to top the best offer available (which already has a lot of positive feedbacks): i.e. invite more people, create more accounts, offer free bonuses and the orders will come

or - and i intentionally left this out from my OP, because personally i'm not doing it - you can go the blackhat way and fake your feedbacks: create a few fiverr accounts (different IPs & clear cookies/flash cookies to be safe), buy your gig from yourself , leave a stunning feedback
yes, you'll lose some money ($1.00/fake review), but it will pay off in the long run, when the real orders start to pour in
however this only makes sense if you're completely sure that you're offering a quality service, because your real customers will leave a negative feedback, if they aren't satisfied and you can flush your little blackhat operation down the toilet

Great tips OP.
I would add one thing to the list:

If you are offering graphics/design/programming or similar stuff. Don't forget to create a one page portfolio website and put your website URL to all of your gigs description. It will boost your orders up to 50% if not more.

If you are just starting out, you can put fake portfolio at first, and later replace with yours.

That's a good idea for infoproduct to sell on DP or WF. About providing services by using self-made or bought bots through your gigs.

Bravo! Another post about Fiverr! That's what I've been doing after all this time except for lightning fast delivery, as long as you deliver it before the deadline that's not a big deal.

yea, a half year old thread...

you won't get any positive feedbacks if you deliver just before the deadline, it's a must, but trust me, you'll get many if you deliver in minutes after the order has been placed

if you have gigs which don't require more work than attaching a file (i have only from this type), the lightning fast delivery will significantly increase the number of your positive feedbacks, this simple "trick" made the customer's head spin, that's my experience

i don't have to prove anything to you, this was working great before i made this post, it's working since then and it will work for the time being, because of the simple fact that people (me also) like to receive what they ordered sooner than later, the best if it's instant (i guess you're familiar with paypal and their business model, what do you think which is one of the key factors because of they became so successful? and it's not their support )
people are willing to give positive feedbacks just because of the speedy delivery, actually a good portion of them leave the positive feedback even before they have the chance to check the quality of the product they received

it seems you realized well that lots of positive feedbacks that make a service provider successful, then why would you leave positive feedbacks on the table, especially when you can get them so easily?!
