Need Help to Get verifid US PP account

Hi Everyone,

More than week ago i tried to search how to get verified usa PP account!i know that in this section there are many members can help me easily in this issue.

I got everythings i think to start open and verify usa PP acct

*VPN(to have fixed usa IP)
*usa phone number
*usa address
*CC & bank acct

Shall i need something else?
I don't want to have problems such frozen or limited acct
so please don't hesitate to help

i will use VCC+VBA so i fear i'll get the acct limited or worst frozen untill i deliver the documents!!
other thing VPN is good for that?

How can it get limited if it's verified ? If it's verified isn't it limitless ?

You can be bank or VBA verified, but if PP doesn't like your VCC (or doesn't give you the expuse number back) it limits your account until you can verify that specific card (even though you can't, as it was a one time only card). Or, you can be verified on both the bank and card sides, but if you suddenly perform a $1000+ transaction, PP may limit you until you additionally verify the account info with documents. Reasons umpteen hundred and one and two why PP sucks.

PP still can limit your account no matter if your account is verified. Dont do too much transaction with non US pp at the initial month. Dont do bigger transactions. Its better to use AVS VCC then a normal Indian Bank VCC and VPS is better then VPN. Hope that helps.

what i found is they somehow find out the ip you are signing up is from a VPN and they keep asking for legal documents such as id, driving license etc. Also they keep mailing me saying the account has suspicious login activity so I need to change my password, secret etc. I think its just because of the IP. Also I read on another thread that PP is more serious about VCC usage and now its quite difficult to grab an account and keep it running using VCC. anyone has any idea which VCC works good?
