I've purchased atleast 10 or so packages from LinkPanda, in fact I think I was one of the first ones in this forum.

I've been doing SEO for some time and know what I need to make my rankings work for me. I prefer to outsource my linkbuilding as it gives me much more flexibility to get more stuff done quicker.

Yep you can target as many different URLs and keywords as you would like with my service. So in your case, I could supply links to all 10 Web 2.0 sites.
