i cant make the payment 
i keep getting this message in paypal "Sorry, we can't complete this transaction right now. Please finish the card confirmation process first, then try this payment again."
I make other purchases with no problems but i dont know why iam facing this issue in making a payment to mike

It is an issue with your paypal account. I am receiving payments from my other customers and thus far haven't had such issues. I am also bit confused about the issue
