CPA Ewhoring

Well guys, im a noob and im gonna try ewhoring. I have a Rocket Profit account but it states -

"However, absolutely NO offers shall be posted on public message boards, chat rooms, or in public areas of social networking and job sites including"

Now I know some of you are doing CPA-Ewhoring. My question is

1. Haven't you guys ever been caught promoting via chat rooms, etc by your ad network? Can they find out?
2. Can someone teach me the simplest way to redirect coz my affiliate link is ugly and could turn off prospects..

When I do that with Rocketprofit I just redirect with a blank referrer and never had a problem other than sometimes they take forever to pay.

well can you read what i wrote above? Thats the code. you put it in a blank text file and rename to whatever.html. where i put "yourlinkhere.com" you insert your link. Im not sure i can explain it any more than that

it is safe about 99% of the time. sometimes it will still leak the ref, depending on the browser (chrome, opera, mobile browsers)

I've tried this with RocketProfit in the past and got my account suspended for spamming. If people who complain really want to shut you down, they will do whatever they can to shut you down. Meta-refresh, masking and all that crap does nothing but hide your referrers. All they have to do is show the advertiser the link you used, the advertiser finds out who it is from and complains to your AM.

I'm pretty sure Havoc is well beyond the simple meta-refresh he posted for you guys.

He's also not going to write a step by step guide for you when you clearly are having problems with a simple one line of code.
