I don't know where to put this post. I put it here.
Sorry if it is in wrong place.

I want to ask how could I create/convert powerpoint presentation to video.
I search for the easiest way.

Thanx

Use Camtasia and you will find how useful this software is.
Try searching through the forum and you will get free one.(It's quite costly)

The bytescout is only a 30 day trial.

I try once camtasia, but then my computer become very slow.

Any advice...

I wonder if you've had a chance to explore these resources:

1) CamStudi0: hxxp://camstudi0.0rg/
(change the xx to tt and the zeros to o)

2) hxxp://www.jingpr0ject.c0m/
(change the xx to tt and the zeros to o)

I believe both of them are free and you should be able to show your powerpoint slides as a video.

Good luck with your project.

Cheerio

Cam studio is free and works like a charm.

You could also do a PowerPoint "Save As" > JPG > Every slide -- which will save each slide as a jpeg, then easily drop them into Windows Movie Maker and add audio or music if needed. Then output as HQ video file.

camtasia as with any video proggie requires a good amount of ram, if you are running less than a gb then that is why things are slowing down. it is by far and away the best in it's class IMHO and perfect for what you are tyring to do. Probably 95% of the sales vids on squeeze pages are made with camtasia.

There are plenty of tutorials around but it is pretty straight foward and intuitive even for newbie video makers. A good add on for powerpoint (only works for pp 2003) is ovation that jazzes up your presentations. Ad0be discontinued support but you can find it with little effort;

Great advice and links from everybody. Tnx people for your effort.
I think I will use Windows Movie Maker. It have all what I need. Great solution. Tnx JAZZ for the tip, how to use it.

I have in mind to make some short advertising images+ text = "video" for some products, website link/links and after that to upload it to youtube.
I want to make it simple with images, I don't have a camera to made a real video format.
One more thing I have to ask, where to find good images for download?
One good link I know is s*x*c.h*u (just remove the *for the link)

Tnx again for everybody

:)

if you don't mind paying for the images, you can consider:

big stock photo dot com
i stock photo dot com

Alternatively, there are other providers if you searched on g00gle: royalty free photos or royalty free images

Cheerio :)
P.S. Perhaps if you find a good image in flick*r dot com, you could ask the owner for permission to use it for free (but make sure you get permission from the actual copyright owner ;) )
