Hey devs, I was able to resolve my proxies problem I think. When I added a username: pass to the proxies I was able to get them checked instead of wiped in one second. The problem was that the proxies are tied to the ips so I thought I coudn't enter a user: pass. However the owner of the proxies told me that I could username: pass so I tried it and it worked. Just a heads up for anyone who had the same problem.

I'm excited now that it may work. Going to test it out in a few minutes and report back tommorow. Happy after-holidays.

Yes, I was able to help derpywizard to get his proxy problem fixed. For some reason some of the proxies I provide don't work in VSEO, but do work fine in SB, so if you are having this problem please contact me as I CAN fix the issue.

What I found during my own tests of my proxies in VSEO: When you load in your list of proxies, you have to either add the fake username/password before loading at the end like proxyip : port : username : password, or instead click the Proxy From List button and paste in your proxies as normal like proxy : ip (no spaces) and then click the Add U.P. (Add Username Password) button and put in any fake username and password and they then test fine and don't just disappear like derpywizard was experiencing above. The proxies will then look like this in the proxy box

192.168.0.1:21921:tex:tex

and they work fine then.

So don't forget currently you need to contact me and tell me you're using my proxies and that some aren't working in VSEO and I'll fix them for you until we get our proxy profile system up and running soon.

Oh and yes currently we're happy to accept VSEO users on our proxy service!

the indexer is cool, but i wonder how efficient ths method with huge RSS pages has become, I have had very little success with it lately...

do you have any suggestions?

I use first the rss creator from profiler app.
I build rss with max 10 Entries ( i used 25 in the past )
I ping everyday 10% from total submitted rss.

Good success rate.

The tool looks fantastic but I haven't managed to fully automate the process. Here are the issues I'm having:

1.) List of proxies is wiped out after I test them. Workaround: enter :: at the end of each proxy/port to indicate empty username/password. So in case you don't have username/password for the proxy, enter it in this format 128.253.142.123:65432::

2.) List of proxies must be entered every time the program is restarted. The program doesn't remember the proxies entered in the previous session even if the project is saved.

3.) Settings "Use Proxy" is wiped out with every program restart. Not sure if this is intentional, might be.

4.) Settings > Profile Settings: Signature is not saved. This makes whole program kind of useless if signature is not there.

5.) Update Profiles function always fails for me with statuses like "Failed" or "No known update urls". I guess Failed comes when the account was not created/confirmed. The no known update urls might be related to my point #4, signature missing in profile settings?

6.) Program doesn't recognize tokens for First Name, Last Name and Username unless you use #FNAME# and #LNAME#. Other tokens are used as they are when creating accounts. So if you use token #FIRSTNAME# you'll end up with forum username like this #FIRSTNAME#abc

7.) When creating accounts I get quite often "No known forms to process". I guess this requires some learning. I haven't looked into Learning Mode at all.

Ill try to look at the main features after the current feature Im working on, cause I think this is more important. Im adding it to the software right now, captcha recognition. I should be finished adding this feature within 2 days, support for 2 type of captchas so far. This will somehow remove the need for captcha services for the mean time, and I will update new massive list of sites using this 2 types of captchas. Thanks for the inputs and please post more if you find any, Ill scan through this thread for the bugs and post the fixed ones and not.
