thats neither here or there, the point is that i cant use the forum as it was intended because of over zealous scripting.
Well that's part of what the forum IS intended to do, it makes people work for it if they want to have full use of all the features.
Actually whether you like it or not, there is a point to the "over zealous scripting". The main point is to make it harder for spammers, and to make it less worthwhile for scammers to take the time to get past the filters.
It also serves as a little test for new members. If you take the time to make the posts you need to get past the filters then you pass the test. If you read the forum rules and faq so that you make decent posts then you score even better. If you do really good you might end up getting some +rep and making some friends.
If you start demanding that the mods and admins start changing the forum so that you don't have to go through the same process as all the other new members then you might have a difficult time passing that test.
You have a pretty low rep so it looks like you haven't been doing real well so far. Maybe you'll have a better chance if you just remember that you have to fit yourself into the forum, the forum isn't going to change to suit you better. This really is a worthwhile forum so I'll help you out a little and give you some rep back to get you heading in the right direction again.

As far as contacting the seller of a service you ordered? That's a valid concern. Satyawrat gave you one possible solution. Another would be to search through the main forums that will increase your post count, (see the faq if you don't know which ones those are) and then make some posts. Make them within the constraints of the filters because you don't have any other choice. Try to either ask pertinent questions or offer additional information if you can. You only need 7 more counted posts in order to use PM and then you can just contact the seller via PM. Surely you can make 7 more worthwhile posts that are acceptable to the filters in order to have access to the PM function of the forum.
