They exist. You just have to go through a boatload of incompetents to find them.
I trained more than 1200 people for one of my clients over a two year period. Out of those maybe 100 had actual skill, desire and the right personality to be a sales pro.
Stay strong buddy. They exist, they're just the four-leaf clover of the job pool.
Bit of unsolicited advice: raise one from a seedling personally. If you're hoping to just bump into one that's looking for a job... well, if they can sell, they'll never have to go looking.
Not really sure where you're going with this, but I've been around the block a few times so I thought a bit of spiritual support might be in order because I've been where you seem to be. Over and over and over and over again.
