Many of the former methods of Black Hat SEO don't work anymore, Angela & Pauls are spammed to hell, directories submissions are pretty much worthless, spamming blogs useless. Google are mow devalueing many sites that have thousands of links using tools like xrumer etc. What in your opinion works NOW? Can anyone show me Black Hat methods that will work and will show positive results. Seems to me a relevant link from a PR1 site is worth far more than a thousand spammed links.

Black hat seo will always be one step before Google or any other search engine, thats for sure

And believe me, none of the former methods have actually died, they simply need a spin to work like a charm, so think out of the box and everything will work as before

bh seo is not dead, some of the things you say is true but that doesn't mean nothing work you just got to move on to the next method, search engines get smarter and so should you its a game;)

agree with u great point

if i ever read a thread again with "... is dead", i will go to a shaman and mojo somebody. :D

Spamming blogs is definitely not worthless, you just have to be careful these days :)

what makes you think that just because someone works for google there arent smarter people than them out there?

its Statistically impossible for Google, or anyone for that matter, to actually stop any type of SEO 100% (unless they end up like CL, but they are hurting themselves more than helping, and will eventually dissolve IMO)

There will always be someone out there that can beat google (1 way or another) and im sure new methods will get shared just like the old ones.

Its a never ending battle that No One will Ever Win.....

All it is, is coming to the same results by different means than what you have marked as "dead methods"

Oh, I just love these "XYZ is dead" topics.

BlackHat SEO isn't dead. It never will be.

People always game systems, and thats what BlackHat is "gaming" the system so your result is best.

You've just got to take the game, to your court and not theirs - using stuff like directory spamming techniques is showing that you're playing in their court ;)

It looks to me that you're trying to find the easy fix.

The news of Black hat techniques death has been greatly exaggerated.

These methods will continue to work but i guess it will be not as easy as before... But u need to find ur way around..

Honestly I ve heard m/any stupid posts but you take for asking the total opposite for what the community stands for. I think you are trying to say bh seo has failed horryble for you that shows you are in denial of the fact that you suck. Besides from my observation I believe you should give bh seo another chance

google has to maintain a balance b/w both the end users and the publishers, it cant take any extreme measures cz then it can be exploited to harm other sites, nor can it be super lenient cz then again it will be taken for granted and end users will get crap search results... nothing has stopped working you just need to be a lil more creative... IMO if you can rank now then you will hold a strong position unlike how it used to be few years back... better rank with less exploits and more sense and stay there for a long time rather than going super black hat and staying there for a few moments and then getting slapped...

I think he is asking if there are better methods than the traditional BH techniques which should still work.

I am a newbie so I can't answer this. But I sincerely hope that many of these methods still work and that I just need to avoid being sandboxed by doing them badly.

Blackhat isn't just using methods, it's a state of mind. You either have it or you don't. If you have it, it'll never die. If you don't, you're just picking up crumbs that others have left behind, and crumbs run out eventually. You've got to change with the times and so long as you're able to do so, you'll always have ways to game the system of the moment.
