Adwords + VCC = still possible?

My first post here
Just to share my recent experience with adwords.
I opened two accounts on Adwords, both with different ips, infos, browsers etc. First one I used a VCC for the second a pre-paid card. I initialy loaded 70$ on one and $50 on the second.
It took about 3 weeks for the first to start running. I was very happy, I spent the inital $70 in 2 or 3 days. Then I reload the account with the exact same VCC card. About 24 hours later I got this: "Your Google AdWords account has been permanently suspended because your billing information in this or a related account could not be verified."
With the second account opened on Dec 9th, it never start running, on the 20th I directly got the same message as for account #1.
So to me using a VCC or pre-paid card is a total lost of time.
So now I guess I have to find someone who will open a legit account ( with real infos + real CC ) that I will pay by wire when I want to reload.
Thanks for sharing. This is pretty disturbing.
What was the VCC card? A legit one like Entropay or some shady company?
Also, did you try you own credit cards? (brand new account #)

The vcc I used on the first account comes form vccverifed dt ucoz dt ccoomm ( sorry I can't post a clickable url since I'm new )
It is one with no name, you can use it with any name/address and it will work, AVS will always be ok. However I guess at some point google manually check your billing infos and it can stop working at that point. The account actually ran with my initial deposit. It is only when I reloaded ( with that very same VCC number ) that I got banned. Maybe it is just a coincidence and I would have got banned anyways...
The campaign itself was all good, ads were reviewed and classified as "Approved (adult)". What I was promoting was ok with them. It is really the manual verification of billing info that got me banned.

Info about the vcc is above but note that I also tried the second account with a pre-paid gift card from a very big bank. Same result...
I do have an account with all my infos and real CC. I have had it for years. Problem is I warned that next time I submit a site breaking their crazy TOS they would suspend my account. Since I'm making good money from that account I just can't risk my whole business adding new campaigns. I need a new account in which I can create new campaigns without wondering if the sky will fall on my head the day after...

does this card is reloadable or do you stop using the account once the initial deposit + voucher is depleted?
You are using the virtual credit card?
Why don't you use other bank CARDS for advance payment? Our country regular advertising can enjoy 10% discount
Wow $10 accounts... I guess nobody here are serious about business. We had our account suspended after only one warning, $350,000 invested in 5 years and an average of $300/day.
Gosh. I hate this... sometimes I believe honest business men are treated like people who just open dozen of $10 vouchers accounts and spam the hell out of adwords.

Typically error - You can not change data of your transport linking - and ... google do bans 
I need a VCC w/ address verification. I am in US. also, I had an old acct which was cancelned since prepaid visa stopped working and their was small balance even though I disabled everything. ANyway, If I put those same few websites in the new adwords acct will they they try to recoup that balance $5-ish from new user?
