I do not have a ground breaking method to contribute, but I think at least I can help you save some money if you are thinking about buying one of those services here.

The worst: link wheel buys
the rest: backlink buys

why is the link wheels the worst money you will ever spend? because you are NEVER EVER going to get a wheel!

It all comes down to the "site:" search operator. You can use it to see if any page is indexed by Google. I have recently bought a link wheel. The service provider wok diligently and customer service is good. So I am not going to ask for refund. However, this is not really about hard work. It is about jobs that actually work!

What do you get when some of the pages on the wheel do not get indexed? YOU GET NO WHEEL! Not to mention that after a month, NONE of my purchased pages got indexed, and I suspect that they never will! From my experience, if your page dont get indexed in a week, it probably never will. Even if you get 80% of your wheels indexed, you still do not have a wheel! and there is no chance in hell that you are going to get 80% indexed! So the conclusion is: NEVER PAY TO BUY A LINK WHEEL. want a link wheel? build it yourself!

other services are the same. you buy backlinks and if the backlinks do not get indexed, YOU GOT NOTHING. So is the directory submission.

You might get something out of profile links because some of them will get indexed although the percentage might not be high.

It took me a lot of time and money just to learn this little lesson.

i suspected duplicate content penalty has something to do with not getting indexed. Then again, i manually posted one on weebly.com 2 months ago and it never got indexed. This google indexing thing is mysterious.

I suspected the spin was not enough (i provided the "spinnable articles"), so i manually changed ALL the articles myself. However, it's another 4 days and they still do not appear to work.

Now I wonder if it is too late once the G bot has already crawled the pages? Will it come back and look again?

no, i wouldnt think i over ping them - twice in 30 days?
not identical articles... probably not spinned enough.. then again, i tried manual editing, almost rewrote the 1st paragraphs and its been 4 days since.

putting new contents is right. however, the work defeats the point of purchase. how do you add new contents to 50 sites anyway? especially when no income is guaranteed?

how much time are you talking about? my site has been stuck at #12 for 2 months while the google page count has gone from 2M to 3.5M. That was why i paid for the wheel as i read somewhere on BHW that someone sees its effect in a couple days. (the guy built the 10-page wheel himself.)

yeah I'm pretty sure it's the spin, you wasted your money on a crappy service. there's tons of good services out there, I recommend basstrackerboats (or something like that - linkpushing.net).

This is a newbie question:
Does it matter if you build the entire link-wheel from the same computer (i.e. same ip address)? Would Google even know the ip addresses of the computers where hubs and lenses are built or comments posted?

I don't know why your properties can't get indexed. You have pinged, bookmarked, and rss feed them, and usually it's enough to get them indexed. I don't think dupe content will make them hard to index.

Here is my case. I created profile links with crappy spun contents 2 days ago, I'm sure your linkwheel contents are better then mine (you buy it after all). Convert them into feeds and submit to rss site. Ping the exact Rss submission URL.

Now, I just took one profile link (just to make a proof for this post) and it is indexed. Haven't checked the other profiles but I'm sure (according to my experiences so far) most of them have been indexed.

edit: put another random profile link, submit the URL on google, and it is indexed.

OK, maybe I make a mistake here. how do you (guys) determine "indexed"? I simply paste the exact URL on Google and if it's found I consider it as indexed. Am I wrong? Damn... I'm confused now, and I thought I know SEO.. lmao

waterdamage: In SEO wise, I don't think so, even if Google can detect it (people said that G knows everything, ermm.. maybe they meant God not google), I don't think they will use their power resource to do it, do they? But for the web 2.0 registration, maybe. Some sites maybe won't allow multiple registration from identical IP. Again, maybe I'm wrong here. Not really pay attention on web2.0

wow - that sounds encouraging! you can get a profile to index that easily? (profiles are really junk..) My purchased profiles were like 5-10% indexed after 2 months! What's the percentage of your indexed profiles? don't tell me it's 100%???? (if its 100%, i must be doing something very wrong!)

I would love to find out that I have done something wrong! can you look at more of your profiles PLEASE???

I would suggest you try building a linkwheel with some good quality ( unique or highly spun) articles and see how it goes, see the result and find out what your service provider could have done more to get them indexed.

You said you provided the spun content, which I believe, is the reason for the low indexing rate. No offence meant. I understand your frustration after spending a good chunk of money to get back all un-indexed urls.

Yes, I provide web 2.0 services here, but I don't think I served you yet.

After serving more than a hundred members here, I can confidently say that web 2.0 backlinking works. The results would just depend on what kind of content you use, what kind of extra promotions you do to get them more power.


We usually get 80% links indexed in 2 weeks time. But the structure we use is not a wheel, instead, it's a multi tiered funnel structure. That way, even if couple of blogs are not indexed, you will still get the link juice from all remaining sites.

I don't think it's correct to generalize something like this, based on a single experience.

We are getting close to 40% indexing rate in less than a week's time.

no google wont know
