Make your videos more "flag-proof"

I was wondering if you guys know any methods to make your youtube videos harder to flag. (i guess that likes and backlinks help, but i not sure at all, so i would like to hear the opinion of someone who knows better)

we just contact the partner support email and get whatever we want (within reason)
