This guy is unreal, he goes around the WTB section PM'ing users that he can do the job they want. Once you send him the money, he doesn't do shit.

I ordered 1k Facebook fans on the 29th of November, and I haven't received a single fan. He won't communicate nor will he give me a refund.

Plantacja I have made many deals outside BHW, it is not a "WOW" if you get scammed, it happens, I've been in trouble for $500, for basically what I did not do, but that is long ago, I learnt a lesson, now I deal with very carefully (run his email, usernames, profiles etc for safety, and check if any negative feedback).
Many ppl are new to IM now, and many tend to scam you for even $1, but let's not talk about bigger amounts.

But it is not really his fault (the guy who GOT scammed) , it happens, it's the way how life works, something bad happens, learn a lesson. Life would be boring if everything was smooth.

You Said you're gonna give me a refund and you still haven't. I opened the dispute and PayPal has been waiting for you to respond for more than 7 days.

I'm sure you know how to give a refund but no you don't want to, do you?

But, it seems to be cashgrower raised the dispute, but by issuing refund, you can close the dispute.
