they have been weird with bad conversion for a while... I used to make 20-30 with them with not much traffic, not I can't hit $10

Some of their offers convert for me but:
* heaps of downtime lately
* suckful support - they NEVER email you back. Doesn't bode well for if / when you have issues with them...
* they change their offers from first to second page convert without notice

Site hasn't been down at all or having any issues. Your IP can be blocked though or throttled (slowed) if you refresh pages, browse a lot quickly, etc. These things would not affect a user seeing a gateway or offer since it requires a lot of connectiosn to occur.

Your site has issues, no doubt about it. We're all adults here so I would have hoped you could have said "Yes, we've been having issues ever since our bout of downtime a week or so ago, but we're still working on it." Intermittent from my home connection and three different fast non caching proxies in different locations in the US, occurring at the same time and then clearing up at the same time. Not your advertisers, the adscendmedia domain.

I'm not aware of any other publishers experiencing connection issues. Nor have I or our staff. Only intermittent throttling when I jump from page to page doing certain tasks, but we've had no downtime or anything of that sort. I get txt messages the moment our site is detected as down and it hasn't happened.
The throttling we are working on resolving. The filtering rules need to be adjusted sometimes to ensure that the attack is still filtered without impacting legitimate traffic. I think right now the rules are a bit too strict or need tweaked and that's something we're looking at.
If you did experience connection issues from multiple IPs, then maybe there was an issue we're not aware of, but I can't imagine it was much of one. Between the five of us we're using the site from early morning to late in the night and haven't seen that. Nor did the uptime monitoring which monitors the site from multiple locations. But if you see it again you can contact us and let us know and we'll have it looked into at the time it's happening.
