When i plan to sell one single clickbank product should i create a splash page just on this product?

Because i dont know how else i can market it?

Sure, you can create landing page with SUBSCRIBE by mail for building your own list ( that`s legal in CB TOS ) and then you can send mails with link , etc. Also you can create directly splash page with your aff links.
