Help me to find software, please!

Hi everyone!
About a year ago, I went accross a program for windows, in which I entered an URL of loanding page, and the program created an html file, which was like landing page, so I was able to upload the HTML to my server and there was the same site as an affiliate landing page.

Please help me to find the program.
