Just uploaded a new version. fixed the bug reports posted here. pm me if I missed something. Suggestions like remove non viable sites are added too. Ive added Google SCRAPER too, you can access it via tools menu. Also Added is the RSS Creator under tools menu. You can create RSS feeds for the created backlinks using that, with spintax support for feed title, links title, and description. Please report any more bugs you can find. Hi Green Goblin, I was going to PM you about the problem i had earlier with the program freezing after running a viability check but I do not have enough posts so here is what happened:

I left the program running and it came back to life after a few hours. Out of my 35k list about 20k were viable but the program did not give me an option to get rid of the ones that were not viable. It did however let me sort the list by clicking the tab on the top into viable or not viable. I then just exported everything to text, searched for the first domain that was viable and deleted everything above that which was not viable.

It took some time to do this but it sure beat having to do it manually.

You can select the non-viable ones and then press Remove->Remove selected

I had just updated to VSEO Profiler 0.14, and was trying to see how the option to Skip Captcha worked. After 200 failed sites and 0 successful ones I hit Stop.

I was then met by a series of 30 or so popup windows.

I tried uploading them here, but the upload window keeps timing out.

After upgrading to 0.14 Profiler crashes when i press Test in the DBC menu. "VSO Profiler has stopped working". Im on windows 7 x64.

So far from 326 xmls none got indexed even after running 24h for 3 days now in 2h intervalls pinging rss submit with private proxies...

Am i doing something wrong ?

Both tools look very promising, the Profiler in particular. I just set all options I could set, created different tokens, harvested a list of viable vbulletin forums with Scrapebox and created accounts solving captchas manually. I have a few questions. I am not sure if some of these have already been answered, I didn't read every single post of this thread:

1. Proxies

I tried to use a couple hundred public proxies which I already tested with Scrapebox right before copying them to VSEO Profiler. If I try to test them using the VSEO Profiler or Indexer, both programs just seem to remove the complete list of proxies after checking. It seems that none of the proxies work. If I try to create accounts using these proxies, it will not work (I cannot check a list for viable sites, I cannot create profiles etc.). Without using proxies, everything works fine. Any idea what might cause this? I doubt there is anything wrong with the proxies and it should not be a firewall issue either.

2. Decaptcher

As long as the correct url is used, decaptcher does work with VSEO now, is that correct? Can anyone confirm it is working?

3. Tokens

According to the manual, the tokens work for first names, last names, passwords, usernames, website urls and website titles. Can I also use tokens for the signature field? I did not test using tokens for the signature yet. Is it possible? If not, this would be a feature you should add, in my opinion. It is nice that you can use spins as well as tokens for the website url and website title fields, by the way.

4. Platforms

Does VSEO Profiler still support Vbulletin forums only or do SMF and/or Expression Engine work as well now?

5. Indexer

You cannot load a list of urls via the 'Load Links from Text File' button, you should fix this little bug. The 'Load' button does not work in the 'Pinger Settings' section of the Indexer either. Not a big deal since you can copy a list of ping sites manually and save them but in the final version the load button should work. Just a little thing which may bug the user.

6. Update Profiles

This fundamental function does not seem to be able to successfully edit all profiles after account creation has finished. You should try to improve the success rate, I am sure the Profiler could update a higher percentage of the profiles with some bug fixes.

6. Misc. Suggestions

You should make it possible to select several urls at once by simply moving over the list of urls with the left mouse button pressed, like in Scrapebox. Would make the url selection more user friendly and intuitive.

When I tried to export a list of all successfully created profile links, I had to manually remove several lines of text which did not contain links afterwards (those lines just contained the error messages from failed sites). You should make it easy to always import and export lists in a format that can immediately be used for further work (like for loading the list in other programs).

I did not test the 'Scraper' and the 'RSS Creator' located in the 'Tools' section of the Profiler yet as I do not need another scraper right now (apart from a source code scraper and a scraper for non standard characters, that is).

Anyways, you definitely did a great job so far, considering this is still a beta. If I can manage to make the Profiler work with public proxies and decaptcher, the Profiler would really be a useful addition to the arsenal of SEO tools I use on a daily basis (at least until I buy Xrumer in the following months, or even after that, possibly?). The program's speed sure is nice. Email verification works nicely. Pinging, RSS creation and RSS submission using the Indexer seem to work fine as well, so the Indexer is a handy tool, too.

The option to manipulate the database yourself looks promising as well. One thing I noticed at first glance is that you might want to add 'Success Triggers' in more languages.

I did not try the 'Action Chaining' yet but it looks like it could come in handy, too.

That is my review so far. All I need now is help making it work with public proxies. If that works, you will definitely make my daily work easier thanks to this tool.

Just fixed this. Sorry I forgot to include the dbc dll to the exe. Please wait for the next update tonight too.
