1 PR 5 or 9 PR 1 homepage backlinks?

Well if you had a choice of having your anchor text on niche-related site.

Would you choose

1 PR 5 Homepage backlink

OR

9 PR 1 Homepage Backlinks

9 for me , even though best links come from inside articles from high pr websites , I just put a website for a really competitive keyword just with a little more than 500 links.
example is I made a blog for myself on my..opera. I write articles and link to my clients pages with wonderful results

if it is 2 PR 5 then i will chose 2 PR5 , but as it is 1 PR 5 then i will go with 9 PR 1

I would choose 1 PR5 Homepage backlink. This link from a homepage, generally when we look in to WP sites, site in sidebar will be available on all its pages. So will get less PR links from other pages of the same sites. But one thing is there, domain is the same, so it will get as much value as you could have got if these links where on different domains.

I have saw a chart way back, on how google give a site PR. They are looking for high PR backlinks.

but i will also check how strong back-links have that pr 5 site.

Strictly speaking in terms of PR, 1 PR5 is worth A LOT more than 9 PR1.

If the PR5 and the PR1s are all on the same site, then the PR5. If It's one PR5 on one IP and 9 PR1s on nine different IPs, I'd take the 9. Depends on what the rest of your backlinks are and what those of your competition are.

I mean if you want the honest answer as to which one you should take, PR doesn't matter a bit regardless of whether the content seems to be similarly targeted. Take each link and check the rankings for it against your keywords and related keywords. If they rank well they'll help you rank well. If you can't find these guys ranking well at all, go with the PR5.

pr5 is worth at least a couple hundred pr1 so guys think about this it has to be a pr5 thoe the best thing is to both lol
