Obviously you don't want to go way overboard but you don't have to worry about a thing with any of my package.
I'd recommend to use several different URLs and keywords though as it will help with more rankings and wider diversity in backlinks.

Google PageRank only updates rarely, especially this past year. The latest full PR update was in April of 2010.
Give it a little bit of time, you'll see an increase in backlinks, eventually PageRank when they update.
Also be sure to check your links with Yahoo Site Explorer as they show a more realistic approach towards backlinks.
