Purchased this app for more than 1 week, and I reported that the software doesn't work for me at the forum, but so far there are no solutions offered by the support, I don't even know if they are fixing the problem or not. Terrible.

Your issue appears to be that your ip is banned at google and you are using very poor proxies, This is all i can gather from your post in the support forum since you gave essentially no information. I'd be more than happy to run some tests over msn/gtalk/yim/aol/skype, please just pm me your account at any of those providers and i will add you to my list.

this is because some configurations with firewalls and wireless connections generate multiple hardware id's this is why we give you 4 licences. Every time you have to re-verify the licence this will use another licence. I can delete purchased keys on request, just pm me with your email address registered to your account.
