Who are ad.yieldmanager and how can advertise with them?

I can't figure out who ad.yieldmanager are and how I could buy banner ads on sites that run with these guys. Everything points to yahoo but I have no idea how to sign up and get a few campaigns running. Any ideas? Thanks!

There are many companies that use the yieldmanager platform for cpm based ads. In the past i used cpxinteractive so it's the only one i've had experience with. I used it as a publisher instead of advertiser though.
