How do you monetize?

I was just wondering, lets say you have a youtube video with 100k hits. What site could you send them to the get money off of them? Adsense only pays cents, any ideas for quick and easy survey sites that pay out in paypal?
I would do *******, but I am just starting out and have 0 in my paypal.
Also, what are some good adult sites which make them fill out surveys. I think I could really monetize on this.

Look into there, you'll find a cpa company that you're looking for. If I'm not mistaken there's not a single cpa company that doesn't pay via paypal.
