Hey all,

Has anyone had any success with any services which will register a company llc in US and get a business bank account setup with the likes of BOFA or Chase?

Im trying to search abiut but all these sites i come across look a little 1990s lol

Please hit me with some info you have been through this.

Regards
GN

I'd advise you to fly out there and work with a bricks and mortar company.
I know what you mean by all the sites looking 1990s but that's financial people
for you.
Look for a Delaware accountant with a phone number and physical address.
They'll be able to point you in the right direction.

To be honest im not prepared to fly out there mate, id rather pay for a service...
If i was to setup a partnership LLC would my partner be able to represent the company and wouldnt require me not to be there etc?

Look for an incorporating lawyer to set it up for you. Essentially he would be acting as your agent. Better than getting a partner who might run off with money he is "legally" entitled to...

I need a bank account to though...

Deleware is the most Inc-friendly state. No sales taxe, etc..

Just google "incorporate in deleware" or something similar and you'll find loads of info. There's legit companies that will give you an address, account, and everything.

brilliant, thanks a bunch.. Ive just visted 3 sites and the guy on sales is selling on all 3 and i asked him why he was on 3 sites lol and he couldnt answer me, douche

Yousef... i dunno if i want to go offshore to be honest... ive done no research on it and would feel it being risky ???

Lawyers accept foreign bank transfers and can run your debit card quickly through for you as well. Essentially, acting as your agent, they can open a bank account for you in your company's name, without you being present. Add internet banking to it, and voila, you're set.

thanks welshman, know of any services online then?

It's offshore as in, out of the UK, you can register a Delaware corp on that website which is what you want to do lol.

yes but they even state "you do not have to pay US tax if not a us citizen or green card holder" now how safe is this... im dealing with lots of affiliates based in US.

Well basically, a Delaware corp is differentiated from LLC's incorporated in other US states due to low regulation and taxation upon them. A lot of big US entities are Delaware corporations, just as a lot of bit UK entities are set-up in the channel islands.

Unlike dealing with other offshore's however, you're looking at a much safer climate being in the U.S. as oppose to say Seychelles.

Yeah... what banks do they use then because i'm really after BOFA or Chase because of the online functions... Do you have any understanding of that part?

Looks like they only use cyprus banks which dont have the tools i need ;( I.e - Custom check sending, International wires online and so forth

I'm not sure, it says on the website that a bank account is available in the sign-up, if I were you I'd call them on 0808 168 3676 and see what they say.

Only use Cyprus banks? Are you looking at the right page? In regards to US banks, it says they have connections with UBS, which I would take to mean that they have a fast application process with them.

At least that's how it was with Barclays when I registered my LTD through them.
