anonymous card for paypal (money withdrawal)

Hello guys,

I was wondering how to get an anonymous card (could be a prepaid one also) in order to use paypal anonymously and withdraw money. Here in Europe a copy of the ID card is always required..anyway I am not an expert. Anyone could inform me?
