Uk Company - Looking for a programmer - For joint venture - $100k+

Hello,

I currently run a Uk limited company, i am looking for a programmer that is interested in joint ventures.

What i mean is :

We are looking for a programmer to create desktop applications to which he or she will recieve 50% of all earnings.

We have had 5 desktop applications that has turned over $100,000 each within clickbank.

I have a team of employees that promote applications sites etc..

This team help me and the company to turn over massive profits for applications/desktop

What we want from the programmer?

: Able to create desktop applications/web applications
: Able to keep updated software/ fix errors
: keep in contact daily

What we provide to the programmer?

: All other aspects of the work, a site designed for the application, all marketing resources done by ourside.
:50% of all revenue genreated will be paid on a weekly basis (even daily once we work together)

Our aim is build a relationship with a programmer to which he or she will not only have heaps of time, the programmer will simply be able to just create a take the cash that flows in.

The reason why we team up with programmers in this way?

We know that alot of programmers suffer in the marketing aspect of softwares, we can provide that area of expertese.

The programmer will have less to worry about as all the other work is done on our side of the business.

The programmer will keep all source code etc.. until we work on unlimited projects.

We have over 50 projects that are or is planned for a joint venture


The deal

: We a Limited Uk company will sign all agreements (if broken can be hefty legal action)

Work out how and when the programmer will want to be paid (even daily by any means, any payment processor even bank to bank, we will go all out for you)

Therefore we gaurentee a long term working partnership

I would just also like to add, we currently have 52 outsourced employees that are working on a hourly basis, these employees are hired to build manually SEO links to gain top rank search engine positions.

This enables us to dominate good ranking posisitons for desktop application sites for search engine traffic alone.

I would just like to add, this is how we have built up our business, joining up with good programmers. This benefits both parties with programmers not having to do the hard work by getting the customers to purchase software,desktop applications etc..

Now, we are not looking for someone who would like to build one and then reap the awards, we are looking for a long term partnership which with both will reap benefits.

Our recent programmer was offered a job at a high respected blue chip company which we explained was too good to turn down for his persoanl reasons.

We had a small software created that designed 3d home designs, this was created and sold offline aswell as online which turned over $300,000 in it's lifetime.

The programmer who created the program recieved 50% of all earnings and will still receive future earnings.

We have offline production and many online contacts to help market products.

Another example :

Our recent programmer created a small SEO marketing software/desktop application

We marketed this software in just over 10 marketplaces and internet forums and towards big SEO companies for automation purposes, this brought in just over $100,000 within 3 months.

I just got back into desktop software but I've been doing web applications for the past few years and been programming for the past 15 or so. Also do SEO and various online marketing consulting with lots of experience developing software in that niche for personal use. Good design skills, always worked alone and managed my own projects for my own ventures or for clients. Love to see what you've got planned.

Well it's not just as simple as that, we are not looking for just anyone that can build a program and be paid off, we are looking for a long term programmer can create any good softwares/programs.

We are not just looking for someone that would create one program get paid and dissapear, they'd be no point by sticking with us long term would earn alot more then any other internet marketeer/programmer can ever make.

See we don't just sell programs on the net, we have created many programs that have turned into offline software programs have been shipped by massives stores like

"pc world" "currys" "comet" These are huge United kingdom electronic stores.

Recently a SEO program was created which was sold to SEO company for $15,000 and had made $20,000 within 3 days.

It's not about the program, to make money it's all about marketing, which all programmers fail on, thus this is the reason why we actually work like this.

I think I don't expressed myself well.

I get that I have to maintain the app, Actually I'm looking for a long term business just like this, where I work as much as I work in my regular job, but where I don't have a fix wage, instead I have the chance to earn a lot more, if the app sells well.

As you said in the first post, marketing is the hard part, not coding (at least when the apps are simple). So, please forgive my oversimplification in the prev post, and count me in
