I have actually used multiple vouchers on one account. i.e. the initial start up voucher, then vouchers which came with software packages, etc -

one more question. so if a person sets up a new adwords account using a credit card, unique ip, unique name and unique email address, can they get away with running an adwords campaign on a website which has already had campaigns from other google adwords accounts? Or does a person need to run campaigns for a different website.

But I have succesfully advertised the same site on 5+ accounts with no problems at all!
