Scrapebox speed???

Well the companys never give what they say, even thou I upgraded to 60mbs a few days ago, I stil dont get the full potential, not even half but stil I see difference in speed. I realy need to upgrade to 360 but wait until I move in to Lisbon again in Jan.

before my upgrade i got about 8000 blogs per min and now im having around 12000, si the scrape is faster.

Just because you jump on a much faster internet, doesn't mean scrapebox will perform faster.
You need to first go into the scrapebox settings and increase the threads for different processes. Find a sweet spot. Don't just max out everything either. I have a really fast freaking internet, and I use 40 threads for the fast poster, and 50 for proxy checking. When doing processes that actually analyze the content on a website (blog analyzer, outbound link checker, ect.) I know it still has to load the website in the background. I run about 30 threads for this. If you max these out, you could get a lot more errors.
So tweak the SB threads and find a good working balance.
Also, if your computer is a POS, then that is a huge problem.
You could have the fastest internet in the world, but with a shitty computer it could feel like your on dial up.

i got "24mbs" and best i have got out of it is 17 i think.
Other connection up to 10mbs best so far is about 7.5
If you have faster connection it will make scraping and stuff faster , you can run more threads (if computer doesn't limit you)
and it connects faster to the proxy
but if the proxy is shit it won't help

RAM: 1 GB DDR400

It is connected to a 10 Mb/s hub, which is connected to a 100 Mb/s switch, because I ran out of slots

Well im postig about 60.000 an hour, and just bouht list of 2 milion blogs, one thing scrapebox does is hat it only accept 1 milion, now i will see how ong time it takes to post 1 milion

Folks, I got to believe that the quality of your proxies and their associated latency is the driving factor in your SB performance not your upload and download speeds. Hence my comment about the order of importance to SB performance:
1. Quality of proxies
2. Connection speed (assuming you are not using an analog modem)
3. Speed and memory of the dedicated machine.
4. OS of box hosting SB application

Thats about 16,6 post a sec, i would say that is good.
I havent done any benchmark, but when i i harvest my connection uses about 15-25Mbit/s
The speedtest.net is a "fun" test but not 100% accurate, its a single connection test.

If i do a regular swedish BW test at http://www.bredbandskollen.se/ i get mutch greater/correct speeds.
This test is done by nic.se thats the head of the top domain .se here in sweden.
My last 100k blast "randome harvested url's" took 277min with crap free proxies and fast poster at 88.
I will do a test now with 2 private proxies on a 100k list, with fast poster at 199.

a small bit in to the test.
I have activated "fast poster connection balancing", it means that it drops all connections down to 0 for i while. I guess that can be good for the proxies The success rate seems to be better with that enbaled.
its done about 11k of the list now, and i calculte thats about 1K a minute. Thats about the same speed as you get 16,6.

Update of the stats.
Success 13132

Operation time took: 144 min.
So with 2 pro-xi-e-s it took 144 min to do 100k list.
99988/8640=11,5 post a sec, "of the list and not success".
I will do another test today, with same ammount just retest on another list and see whats de dif. Some sites may not responde and then it will take about 30 sec for it to timeout and move to the next.
Just calculate how long every time out would take, times your list.
If you do a blog analyse fist and clean out dead ones and then blast your result will be "faster".
I will do a test now on a 100k list that i first do "alive check on", thats just to see if its alive.
Than i clean out the dead an i will test blast and calculate the "post per sec".

Okey from a 100k list thats bin alive checked god down to a list of ~52k.
Then fast poster did that list in 54min
54*60=3240
52816/3240=16.

OK so I bought another copy of Scrapebox for my second computer, sinc eyesterday im stil checking more then 1 milion blogs, and it is only on half after 15 hours, i think its alittle slow but will run it until the end.
Also I bought today SENuke and will start learning this program now, within a few weeks im also buyinganoter computer so I have 3 to work on..
ANy tip on how to maximize this and get as mutch out as possible? 2 scrapebox program with both a different license and also SENuke, and Twet attacks Pro offcourse.

yeah do more copies, split the list in 100k and make them work at them same time.

Wouldnt it be sweet if you could set up scrapebox to:
Scrapebox 1:
Harvest from a 1 million long keyword list
Every harvested url will be moved to a text file automaticly when its harvested. while its harvesting.
Scrapebox 2:
Will pick up the urls from the text file and run them trough blog analyzer, it will then automaticly spit the Good urls out in a new text file.
Scrapebox 3:
Will pick up the Good blog analyzed urls and start posting.
then we just need to check links and pr, or get copies for that to hehe.
Sad scrapebox cant do all the features at once
