if youre in US i heard they are a bit strict you can always tell your isp that your leeching proxies they understand its better to range scan your own proxies, than share prxy with other using
proxy leeching software they last longer

Uh this program was made by me a few years ago.. all you did was hex edit it and put your name on the binary in the title... why do people seriously rip shit.. that's pathetic
