Well there's your problem right there! If you are in the US, and the Adsense account is registered with someone in Pakistan, of course you are going to be in a spot of bother.

What you need my friend is somewhat of an "exact match", and that's going to cost you more than $7.

I have been banned by Adsense 3, yes 3! times, and that hasn't stopped me from getting new accounts. All in my name, different address of course, but still all my money when the checks come.

Why don't you try registering with your name, using different address and phone number? That is how I did it.

Anyhow, best of luck to you, I know those boys over at Google are a nightmare
