I know that there is a service to register an account and get approved by AC. I have used the service before. However, I am now looking for the same service, but this time around it is for the other site, which is http://www.TextBroker.com. They need to make sure that the writer registered for their site is US citizen, which I am not.

Those who can help me with this, please kindly reply to this thread.

You have two options :
1. Get joint venture with us people, you can find jv here or in other forums.
2. Make a fake account with united states info. Every time you log in, make sure you are using proxy on vpn.

Getting into Textbroker isn't like AC. TB wants W-9 form BEFORE any payment is made. Which means the OP either needs a SSN or to do a joint venture with someone with a TB account.

I don't get it. If someone is outside US and they use someone else's AC account. Doesn't AC see that they are paying some non US citizen when they send money through Paypal or whatever, which is registered in some other country?
Or they just don't care?

With Associated Content, US citizens living outside of the US can still get paid since they can prove with a W9 form and SSN that they are indeed a US citizen. So it really doesn't where the paypal account is located since US citizens tend to live just about everywhere in the world.

However, I suspect AC really don't care who they pay just as long as they have articles coming in. The more article AC has means the more traffic their way which means the more potential they have for an ad click which means more money. Not to mention all those articles did help AC look more appealing to Yahoo.

If they did care about having only US citizens/US residents as writers they would have requested a W9 form before giving out payment like other sites, such as Textbroker.
