Hi I need a prepaid card that card be used worldwide. I am based in the UK however I need the card to be able to be loaded with funds in the US,so someone from the US has my prepaid details they go into a bank and deposit money and I can withdraw this money in the UK.Will pay top dollar for this,let me know

Your friend in US can load money online using his credit/debit card.
You can withdraw money in UK.
They will ask you for your country ID when you register.

You need a goverment issued id card. That is the major thing.
