I've found that the https proxies are a bit nicer for the same price (though you do get less of them). Try going that route and see if it helps.

I give up on this too frustrating. I signed up for 125 worldwide on your suggestion for what I wanted. Using the proxies to go on basic sites are slow as hell (yes even try with open DNS) and some ask for passwords. As for using them with scrapebox doesn't work too well for me. For example I put a list of ONLY 30 URL's to search for index and PR. Have to run this 4 to 5 times to get some kind of result. Keeps giving me false results where I have to constantly recheck. Too time consuming.

I'm also using your proxy tool which is great, but use other proxy sources with it which works fine.

You may want to use Google DNS, as it works much better.

Google DNS:
8.8.8.8
8.8.4.4

I gathered the DNS servers list based on the geo-locations where the proxies are located in these countries.

Proxylist.co was down for several hours due to the failed power supply unit on one of the main dedicated servers.

Hi,

Scrapebox filter (most popular tool) is restored to member dashboard today. In several days, the non-essential features will be restored.

Database is intact - as it's backed up everyday to off-site.

Everything is fine for now.

According to my original post, I only granted free trial accounts to JrVPs.

Fortunately, I make exceptions to someone who are real serious enough to try out our proxy services. To make you to be one of the exceptions, please talk to me via IM.

In 1-2 weeks, the powerful server with replaced P.S. and new additional powerful server will be moved to new data center (1Gbps bandwidth).

With the new location and updated custom proxy test tools, we may be able to reduce the proxy check/test time to 10 minutes as we need to check over 1/2M proxies (and growing) all the time.

The existing servers will remain at the existing data center, as it works fine.


Until then, please stay tuned.

i have tried it..download 125 proxies and tested it with scrapebox get me 50% result good proxies..then tested it again and the result 50% again until i got 12 really good proxies.

used it for harvest it is OK but google didn't show the result..and then used it for fast comment almost 0% success

overall for me this not different with the proxy i get from scrapebox.
just save time to harvest the proxies

can you suggest me what to do to raise my success comment rate?

First of all, please do not use Scrapebox proxy tester. It is not accurate as mentioned here and other forums. Please use Proxylist.co Scrapebox Filter, as it works pretty well.

Next, please adjust your DNS on your computer network settings. The worldwide proxies provided by Proxylist.co depend on better quality DNS for better success rate. Certain customers who live in remote location where the ISP services are not top-notch, or use satellite connection will not have good success rate. The popular recommendation would be 8.8.4.4 (Google DNS).

Success rate for Commenting depends on how you use Scrapebox. Many Proxylist users use the mix of proxylist.co proxies for harvesting/pinging, etc, while use private proxies for commenting (for higher success rate).

I'm looking to create multiple google places listings so i would need proxies that would last at least for 20 minutes. can your HTTPS proxies do that?

also, are your US HTTPS proxies from many different states? or just a certain area?

and do you think 20 HTTPS proxies is enough for scraping urls in scrapebox? is there a higher percentage of working working proxies using this package btw?

I can not guarantee that the HTTPS proxies will last 20 minutes.

Yes - many states. Last time I checked - 40+ states.

and do you think 20 HTTPS proxies is enough for scraping urls in scrapebox? is there a higher percentage of working working proxies using this package btw?

I would suggest either 75 or 100 Worldwide HTTPS packages if you want to do both (web site access and scrapebox). However if you want just USA HTTPS proxies due to USA presence, then go for 20 USA HTTPS package.
