You are allowed to use 1 number for 5 SMS confirmations and 5-10 voice ones
After some time (several months) you can do it again

It doesn't matter how you verify it account stays the same it was

Which accounts do you need?
I can provide IP addresses used for sign up but you are the first person who asks for that

• CUSTOM country gmails cost double of mixed countries

If you are not going to send emails from them - then non-PVA should work fine
