Just get 20 friends and family members to sign up for AdSense accounts. Get them to give you your cut of the money you make them. If they don't pay, you remove their adsense id's and they'll be cut off from the extra money.

The sites themselves are worth $50k(10 times monthly income min) and you will know what they are.

Your AdSense account will be making $5k/month.

and I will front at least 50% of the cost to buy domains (200 of them) articles, SEO work etc. Everything will cost me about $10k.

The $5k is just so that I sleep better at night in case the investor disappear after the first $5k payment from Google.
