you can use tweetattacks (free version also has the unfollow modul) or manageflitter

You can use Twitterfeed.com

It will take your RSS feed from your blog and automatically tweet it to your twitter account(s). There are a few options. Typically I have it post the blog title as the tweet and include a link to the full blog post.

Give it a try. It works like a champ.
