I guess you have to be more specific about your needs and situation.
I dont really understand what you want. All i get is you need backlinks, there are lots of different strategies of building backlinks.

give more details, there are many individuals here who are good at SEO and they will probably try to help you... : )

egywbas, as Arc999 stated, we do need a lot more information. There are a bunch of people on here who write articles if that is what you are looking for. If you are looking for a backlinking software, check the downloads section. Read the forums and you will find a lot of the information that you are asking for here. Just ensure you put some leg work in before asking for handouts.

If you are new and your domain is not much older then use manual way to create back links by posting articles, blog post, commenting and all that stuff then use software (many are here take a review) to make back links in a quantity manner.. that will help you in increase your back links + PR
