You cannot use the same URL for another submission. Most social bookmark sites don't allow resubmission of the same URL. However, you can use a subpage/post on the same website, so the domain will be the same but the complete URL is a bit different:
Last time you used domain.com
Now you should go with domain.com/post1
Next time domain.com/post2
etc.

Btw. this is exactly what most of our clients do with outstanding SEO effects!
